Meister is a historic Swiss store in Zurich founded in 1881 by the famous goldsmith Emil Meister, a family-run business that still exists today specializing in handcrafted jewelry and fine watches.

Between 1950 and 1980 Meister expanded strongly by embracing not only the field of jewelry and watches but also that of diamonds, which soon led to the receipt of seven “Diamond International Awards” for extraordinary jewelry and watch jewelry creations, as well as admission to the “Diamond International Academy” in 1968.
